This point of the welding machine control board is a DIY or simple resistance welding and independent development of the controller. Using SCR phase shift trigger principle, by adjusting the time, current size, to achieve the purpose of welding.
The main features of the controller:
1: STM8 industrial microcontroller to do the main control core.
2: strong and weak through the optocoupler isolation, the operation more secure.
3: power cord and foot switch line with screw-free quick connect terminal, more convenient and reliable.
4: input time, current using high-precision single-bit potentiometer, to ensure reliable and convenient input
5: Onboard power, status, foot, trigger indicator, working status is clearly visible.
6: design a reliable zero-crossing detection circuit to ensure that the SCR phase shift accurate.
7: The controller is compatible with 40A-100A thyristor.
8: a digital control interface, you can display the current set time and current.
9: time input 1-50, unit cycle (1 cycle is 20ms), current input (30-99%)
