    Vintage photograph of a young Elizabeth Taylor writing in a journal. With the stamp of "Photoplay Movie-Mirror Magazine" on the verso, dated Feb. 1946. Likely from the set of "Courage of Lassie" (1946), as Ms. Taylor is still in her "National Velvet" wardrobe phase.
    Founded in 1911 and not ceasing publication until 1980, "Photoplay" was one of the oldest and longest running film fan magazines. In 1941, it merged with competitor "Movie Mirror" to become "Photoplay Movie-Mirror."
    7.75 x 9.5 inches. Very Good, with bruising to the corners and top edge.
