    One New Custom Made Sheetmetal hole punch for making a "D" shaped hole
    the "D" hole is 1.71 inches tall and 1.63 inches wide.
    This is the kind of hole you see in a dash board of an old car or a panel for a Lock to keep the cylinder or switch from moving.
    The smaller ones of these I see are called a chassis punch.
    There are two pins ( 0.249") in the punch assembly that I believe are designed to  allow you to push out the slug and not used during the punching process.
    The center shaft is 0.6175 inch. it has a groove cut in it for alignment of the two dies
    I bought these hole punches in a lost freight auction. there are no markings or info with them. I would greatly appreciate any info you may have on them.
