    Description

    Rare souvenir model of the "Chief Charlie Cypress" glass bottom boat that takes tourists on cruises of the crystal clear waters of Silver Springs State Park in Florida.
    This model boat was probably made as a souvenir of Silver Springs Park in the 1960's-70's. It made of a heavy resin material with a clear base on the bottom, and hand painted in bright blue, white and black. The top is embossed "SILVER  SPRINGS", and the side "CHIEF CHARLIE CYPRESS".
    It measures 4.5" tall by 8" wide by 3.5" deep, and weighs 2 lbs.
    The real "Chief Charlie Cypress" glass bottom boat was built in the 1960's and is one of many in Silver Springs fleet that gives tourists a unique view of the springs from its see-through bottom. Get this vintage piece of Florida history now.
