    Up for sale is 2 Vintage Herbal Recipe Books. Both dated 1939.
    The first one is titled "Herb Recipes By Herman M. K. Smith"
    It includes recipes for: Herb Vinegar, Breast of Turkey with Herbs, Stuffing for Chicken or Turkey, Sage Butter, Epicurean Lamb, Herb Mayonnaise, Veal with Dill, Escallopped Corn and Potatoes with Sage, Cold or Hot Salmon with Cucumber Mousseline, Potatoes with Fresh Mint, or Chives, Mushrooms with Fresh Marjoram, Puree of Green Peas, Croutons with Marjoram, Mock Roast Pig, Garden Salad, Pork Chops in Apple Sauce with Sage.
    The second book is titled "HERB JOURNAL" from Milford, Connecticut. It includes questions and answers from Mrs Rosetta E. Clarkson.
