Solid brass casement sash locking handle. Used on old style wood casement windows. Base plate measures approximately 7/8"x 1 9/16" .  Locking tongue projection 13/16".  Swing arm projection from base plate  3/4".  Keeper plate 5/8" x 1 5/8".
